ORDERS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Our prints take 10-14 business days to print, mount, frame and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please then allow 3-5 days in transit. Some international orders might take longer in transit.
MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Occasionally prints can arrive in less than perfect condition. If this happens, please let us know immediately by sending photos of both the damaged piece and box.
DO YOU OFFER RUSHED SHIPPING?
Sorry, we do not offer any expedited shipping options.
MY ORDER IS LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us right away so that we can track it down.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Each Sluff piece is custom made so we are unable to accept returns.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
No, all sales are final.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase - no exceptions. We custom print, mount, and frame each piece so we are unable to make adjustments once we begin the process.

WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE FROM?
All of our frames are made from wood and custom made for each piece.
WHERE DO YOU PRINT AND FRAME YOUR PIECES?
All Sluff pieces are custom printed and framed in the United States.
WILL MY ORDER INCLUDE HANGING HARDWARE?

Yes. Please send a pdf of eight image selections from your portfolio that you consider a good fit for Sluff.
